我们总把衰老理解成一连串的「失去」——
不再紧致的面庞、开始流失的骨量、逐渐磨损的关节……
却鲜少有人告诉我们，它也是一场漫长的「得到」——
更成熟的认知，与自己和解的能力，面对生活起伏时的从容，也越来越清楚什么最值得珍惜。
人生不是为了停留在某一个年龄，而是为了体验每一个年龄。
衰老不是故事的结尾
而是生命另一种盛放的开始。
